    Old-Fashioned Loaf

    $10

    It doesn’t get any more simple than this.  My original 3 ingredient fermented sourdough bread-crusty on the outside with a chewy bite on the inside.  My culture has been fermenting for 3 years. No frills with this loaf- just good old-fashioned taste.  A grilled cheese dream bread. 

    The Chocolate Chip

    $10

    Complex depth of flavor with caramel and coffee notes, semi sweet chocolate and a salty ending- not too sweet.  There’s no way you can only have one bite.  Grab some milk!

    Salted Maple Cinnamon Rolls

    $15

    Seasons are my favorite thing about the Berkshires and it gives me so much inspiration.  This is why I have to whip up some seasonal favorites whether that's a spicy pumpkin pie or a punchy lemon cookie, I'll have all of the seasons covered.

    Pre-Order

    Place your order by Sunday night and I can have your order ready for Friday of the following week.  All pre-orders can be picked up at the Stoney Brook Farmstand 550 Savoy Rd. Cheshire, MA.  

    Pop-Up

    Farmstand Friday!  I will be filling my farmstand cubby at 2 p.m. every Friday at the Stoney Brook Farmstand 550 Savoy Rd. Cheshire, MA.  I bake small batches that morning so get it while it's (probably) still hot and available.

    About Me

    Hi I'm Amanda!  Ever since I was little, I’ve been captivated by the magic of the kitchen.

             In high school, I set out to perfect what I believed was the ultimate test of a baker’s skill: the chocolate chip cookie. Dozens of batches, endless tweaks, and plenty of taste tests later, I landed on a recipe that made people’s eyes light up at the first bite. Every treat I make is rooted in those early days — blending a lifelong love for food with a desire to share warmth, nostalgia, and just the right amount of sweetness.

             Today, that childhood spark has grown into a place where every cookie, cake, and loaf of bread is made with the same care and curiosity that started it all. I believe in getting back to the basics by using clean, simple ingredients that let real flavors shine.  My hope is that each bite brings you a little joy, a little comfort, and maybe even a sweet memory of your own. More than anything, I want every treat to feel like it was made just for you.
